I just can not get excited anymore... Belladonna is just NOT a good read for me personnally... and now I also have heared of a crossover with LadyDeath and a second Belladonna-miniseries...too much...I am just not enjoying the story at all...just a lot of slaughtering without real chractarization in my eyes! and while I was looking forward to GYPSY I am just gonna try and focus myself on Shanna, Supergirl, IndigoVertigo, Hunter/Killer, Spawn, Red Sonja and other stuff like that... They seem more stabil and while I do like to try new and independant titles I am gonna wait for other peoples reactions to GYPSY before buying... I don't rate Belladonna either: there's scope for a lot of development of the character which just doesn't happen. I'd hoped we might see Morrigan and a few others, get into the mythology. I suppose we might in a subsequent series - if this one's sold well enough for there to be one. War Angel and The Unholy are much more 'chaotic,' though Brian may be trying a bit too hard to be outrageous with the former. I'm enjoying the stories, but they're badly let down by not being in color: that much gore demands it - or a much better B&W artist than Avatar is using (who is nevertheless preferable (IMHO) to the guy who insulted Fiends with his color renderings in HackSlash/EE.) He is a great creator of characters but does too much too fast, just like Chaos comics... Many Avatar fans are pist at the idea that almost all the books are written by Brian all bad things come in 3 1-Chaos Comics 2-CrossGen 3-Avatar Everything Brian touches turns to crap, I hope Joe Hovorka won't let the guy write EE, Purgatory and co. The best issues of all comics are always written by different artists than the ones that invented the character and that is a fact!

I haven't read any Gypsy yet, but it doesn't seem too bad from the previews i've read. Unholy and War Angel are indeed a great read, but i will admit that i miss color. But i'm still satisfied with b&w. I think Brian is still kicking ass with Lady Death as well. yes, it does seem like Brian is doing a lot, (Killer Gnomes, War Angel, Unholy, Belladonna, Gypsy, Lady Death...)but a lot of it is still awesome. come on, can you actually say you didn't enjoy Killer Gnomes?
