Word has it Avatar have got Leviatha. how did this happen, and will any other faves be turning up in places other than the resurrected Chaos books?

From other boards I gather Brian kept anyone that had only appeared in Lady Death comics. The list of characters at auction did not include Leviatha or Genocide, as well as a host of other lesser characters like Dominatrix & Aquiessence.
In LD Abandon All Hope 1/2 in his interview with DaveCFPrez (spelt Balance not Ballance) Brian talks about the upcoming 'Kiss of Leviathia' (with an extra 'i'.) The spelling is so bad I wasn't sure whether he was doing a near-the-knuckle impersonation or couldn't spell, as usual. Looks like it was the latter.  The question is, will that stop ToW from using them (and will that be a good or a bad thing  )?Sworn, bloody! Xetal |

no, but the list did not/could not list EVERY name. i asked the lawyers bout Levi specifically, they said she was included. far as corres w/ them, EVERYTHING Chaos except LD was in the auction. i assume ToW gave Avatar rights to use her, hence me wondering if anyone else will turn up. KW //\oo/\\ |

That was my understanding, too - except I wondered if Brian didn't have permission to use her and thus was doing a nearly-the-same name.
