That's about right. He's not exclusive to Lady Death so he shpould belong to ToW

Don't see what it has to do w/ LD at all. Yes, in theory ToW will own Dead King as the character was actually Rick Young, an Evil Ernie character....i say "in theory" because several character movements have occurred form behind-the-scenes deals that weren't announced so he could actually have been passed on somewhere. doubt it though.
